Get DLA running balance per director

GET https://app.speybooks.com/api/v1/director-loans/balance

Returns the running DLA balance for each active director, with S455 exposure and BiK applicability. Positive balances mean the director owes the company (overdrawn). Negative balances mean the company owes the director.

The aggregatedBalancePence includes connected persons' balances for S455 calculation purposes.
