Get opening balance status

GET https://app.speybooks.com/api/v1/opening-balances/status

Check whether an active opening balance journal exists for the organisation. Enforces the singleton constraint — only one active OB journal is permitted. Returns the transaction ID if one exists.

Response

200 Singleton status. Returns hasOpeningBalance boolean and transactionId if one exists.
