List board minutes

GEThttps://app.speybooks.com/api/v1/dividends/board-minutes

Lists the board resolutions for the organisation, most recent first, with optional filtering by financial year end or by status. The status field carries one of approved, fully_allocated, or voided: a resolution opens as approved and becomes fully_allocated once its allocation is exhausted. The list is returned whole rather than paged.
